General Rules and Event Policy of ArtVino
1. Participation requirements
Age: Participants must be at least 20 years old. You may be required to show a valid ID upon entry.
Tickets: All participants must purchase tickets before the event (online or in-store before the event if still available). Tickets are non-transferable and non-refundable unless the event is canceled.
Behavior: We encourage a friendly and respectful atmosphere. Disruptive behavior, inappropriate or excessive alcohol consumption will not be tolerated and may result in removal from the event without refund.
2. Event details
Duration: Each event lasts approximately 2 hours.
Included in the ticket price: The price includes unlimited wine, snacks and all painting materials (canvases, brushes, paints, aprons, etc.). Participants can take their creations home.
Instructor support: An experienced instructor will guide participants step by step through the painting process. No previous painting experience is required.
3. Alcohol and food policy
Alcohol consumption: Wine is served responsibly. Participants are required to drink in moderation.
Dietary preferences: We provide a variety of snacks, but participants with specific dietary requirements or allergies should inform the organizer before the event.
4. Liability and damages
Personal items: ArtVino is not responsible for loss or damage to personal items. Damage: Participants are responsible for any damage caused to property, equipment or the event venue due to negligence or inappropriate conduct. Health and Safety: Painting supplies are intended for creative purposes only. Please handle them carefully.
5. Cancellation and rescheduling
Event Cancellation: In the unlikely event that the event is canceled, participants will be informed as soon as possible and will be given a full refund or option to reschedule.
Customer Cancellation: Tickets are non-refundable. However, rescheduling may be possible if requested at least 72 hours prior to the event.
6. Event photography
ArtVino reserves the right to take photos or video recordings during the event for marketing purposes. If you do not wish to appear in promotional materials, please let us know at the beginning of the event. Personal photos: Participants may take their own photos, but please respect the privacy of others.
